In the case of an order for several Products delivered separately or in the case of an order for a Product composed of batches or multiple parts whose delivery is staggered over a defined period, the deadline runs from the receipt of the last Product or batch or the last part.

The Customer informs the Seller of his decision to withdraw by sending him, before the expiry of the period indicated above, any unambiguous declaration (for example: letter sent by post, fax or email) expressing his wish to withdraw.

The Customer returns or restores the Products to MAISON MARMÖL, without undue delay and, at the latest, within fourteen days following communication of his decision to withdraw.
Return costs are covered by MAISON MARMÖL.

The Customer must therefore use the return slip included in their package to organize the return of the product, part of their order or their entire order.

If the package is lost, stolen or damaged during the return of the product, MAISON MARMÖL reserves the right to refuse to refund the returned product(s). Any Product that cannot be put back on sale cannot be refunded if the depreciation of the Product results from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this Product (for example, incomplete, damaged, deteriorated or soiled items, etc.).

Only the Customer identified as such to MAISON MARMÖL may exercise this right, to the exclusion of any other person, and in particular the person receiving the delivery.

The reimbursement of the invoiced price of the returned Products as well as any delivery costs incurred by the Customer upon purchase - except in the case of partial return of the items where the delivery costs will not be reimbursed to the Customer, the amount of the delivery costs being a fixed amount - will be made using the same means of payment as that used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees that the Seller uses another means of payment and to the extent that the reimbursement does not incur any costs for the Customer, within fourteen days following the date on which MAISON MARMÖL was informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw or, if this date is later, until recovery of the Products or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the Products. In addition, it will be the Customer's responsibility to keep any proof of return, which assumes that the Products are returned by registered mail or by any other means providing a certain date and ensuring tracking of this shipment.

Compensation for use of the goods sold may be charged to the Customer in the event that he has purchased the goods or used them in a manner incompatible with the principles of civil law, such as good faith or unjust enrichment.
